Costa and Sierra is
run by Lynn Ainsworth with registered
tax number X5437441B and offers
a wide range of services from property sales and
rentals through to property management of your Spanish
home.
Our website offers a variety of properties for
sale in the coastal (Costa) and mountain (Sierra)
areas of Cadiz province within western Andalucia,
Spain. We mainly cover the coastal area of Sanlucar
de Barrameda to Jerez and El Puerto de Santa Maria
– what is known locally as the sherry triangle
and includes Rota and Chipiona. Inland, the mountain
area we cover is from Arcos de la Frontera in
the west to Ubrique and Grazalema in the east
and north to Algodonales and Villamartin. This
area includes the beautiful Sierra de Grazalema
Park with the famous white villages of Ubrique,
Grazalema, El Bosque and Zahara de la Sierra.

We predominantly deal in resale property and bring
together purchasers from outside the area with
the local seller. Often we take instructions from
clients who seek a more personalised property
finding service. Finding your ideal property in
Spain can be a stressful and lengthy process and
we aim to minimise the number of trips a client
has to make to the area. We can help you to find
the right property in the right place, saving
you time and money and guiding you through the
