your query. If you rent a property, the information
provided would be supplied to the owner of the rental
property and/or the person who is going to meet
and greet you at the property.
The data submitted maybe stored on email servers,
secure backups of data, Microsoft Outlook email
program, and/or a Microsoft Access database if you
have requested to rent a property and been made
an offer of accommodation. If you rent a property
you may also have your data inputted on the National
Police database as required by law, we have no control
over the storage of this data on the Police National
Database. The paper format which you complete we
have to store for the legal required number of years
under the Organic Law # 4/2015 of Protection of
Citizen Security.
